Cross Joint Milling Machine KSF-2/A

The Closed Halving Joint Cutter KSF-2/A is a special milling machine for the manufacturing of closed halving joints with electronic feed unit. The millings are done by a top and bottom cutting unit while at the same time a third unit finishes the flat portion in between.

From the magazine which is built in accordance with the workpieces to be processed, the workpieces are led to the cutter and milled from three sides in one working cycle. The positioning of the workpiece and its transport to the cutter are done by a feeder carriage.

The cutting positions are entered over the keyboard and stored. The user can store up to 20 different cutting positions in each program. The data are displayed on a display module. Easily accessible program, specially designed for the processing of closed halving joints.
