Cross Joint Milling Machine KSF-2E

The KSF-2E is a special purpose milling machine with fully automatic positioning control for the economic production of cross joints. The machine can now be provided with up to eight work stations. The machine can mill wood, aluminum and PVC.

Beside the classic cross joint in excellent quality the new machine can perform one or several of the following operations (optionals):

  • End scribing of the sash bars (two counterrotating spindles, servo controlled)
  • Cutting to length of sash bars (saw can be set to different angles)
  • Cutting to length of glazing bars (saw can be set to different angles)
  • Cutting to length of sash bar frames - Drilling of fastening holes (for fixing the glazing bars to sash bar frames)

The different work stations can be mounted horizontally or vertically.

High output and safety due to full automatic operation Automatic positioning of workpieces by servo controlled axis. Both for the automatic and the semiautomatic operation the machine can be provided with adequate workpiece feeders.

The new machine control ensures easy operation – both in the manual and in the online mode. Enhanced operation by various calculating programmes and graphic components. Connection of a label printer or inkjet printer for marking the workpieces is possible as well.
