Cross Bar Milling Machine for Round Arches

Special cutter for quick and efficient production of closed halving joints of round, segment and more-centred arch sashes with straight sashes. With a special fence it is also possible to produce diagonal joints.

The KSF-R works with two profile cutter heads and one grooving cutter head. The milling units can rotate unidirectionally or counter-rotate.

A stop system with grid-type index plate permits precise and efficient manufacture of joints of the different arches with straight, star-shaped sashes.
