NC Mitre saw for glass strips Stegherr Type GLS and GLS-2

The machines can mitre-cut glass strips, water drainange channels or similar profiles of wood, aluminum or PVC at any angle between +45° and -45°.

With NC workpiece pusher for the accurate positioning of the workpieces.

Stegherr GLS:

The cutter heads are positioned pneumatically or over servo axes at the angle stored in the machine program. Speed adjustment of the working stroke is set pneumatically or over servo axis.

The GLS is available in special execution cutting angles up to +/- 81 degree.

Stegherr GLS-2:

The cutter heads are positioned over servo axes at the angle stored in the machine program.Speed adjustment of the working stroke over servo axis.

Both machines can be upgraded to fully automatic operation by mounting customized workpiece conveyors.
