Machining Center BZ
The NC-controlled machining center Stegherr type BZ is a special machine in modular design for a sensible and economic manufacturing (drilling, gluing, doweling, milling) of windows and doors.
Depending on the customer’s requirements, the basic machine can be equiped with up to four carriages, each with various working units for drilling, gluing, dowelling or milling. The workpiece ends and the long side of a workpiece can be worked simultaneously.
Using state of the art electronic control (available in three extension steps). Variable number of controlled axes, according to machine application and the task to be performed.
The Stegherr Machining Center BZ ensures:
- Drilling of holes for: dowels, armatures, latches, olives, locking and joint hinges
- Glue injection and dowel insertion
- Slot cutting and routing of lock sockets, armatures, etc. on reque
The drilling units provided with one spindle drill heads or multiple spindle drill heads with independently working spindles allow for a wide range application of this machining center.
Pinpoint accuracy, low maintenance costs and optimal user-friendliness are the outstanding features of this STEGHERR machining center.
The Stegherr Machining Center BZ can work as a stand-alone machine or integrated into an assembly line.
Employment: series production
