NC – Machining Center for Drilling, Milling and Dowelling in the Manufacturing of Windows and Doors BBF

The development of this modern machining center is based on our long standing experience in the development and manufacture of fully automated drilling, milling and dowelling machines in the wood working industry.

All necessary cutting, drilling and dowelling operations are applied to the stationary workpiece by a horizontally actuated carriage equipped with different working units.

The BBF is provided with state-of-the-art electronic control technology. The high-quality PC- and PLC components ensure maximum operational security and flexibility.

The drilling and milling patterns can be written and stored in the customer friendly machine program. The machine is suited for online connection to the superset computer or to a windows manufacturing program.
