Closed Halving Joint Cutter Stegherr Type KSF-2E
The KSF-2E is a special purpose milling machine with automatic positioning control for the economic production of cross joints. The machine can now be provided with up to eight work stations.
Beside the classic cross joint in excellent quality the new machine can perform one or several of the following operations (optionals):
- End scribing of the sash bars
- Cutting to length of sash and glazing bars
- Cutting to length of sash bar frames
- Drilling of fastening holes (for fixing the glazing bars to sash bar frames)
NC Mitre saw for glass strips Stegherr Type GLS-2
with servo controlled angle adjustment in two planes
This machine can mitre-cut glass strips, water drainange channels or similar profiles of wood, aluminum or PVC at any angle between +45° and -45°.
Coping Center Stegherr Type KF with tool changer
The Coping Center type „KF“ is a machining center for cutting to length, coping and drilling of casement and frame profiles. The machine ensures absolutely tear free end scribing by means of two HSK63 counterrotating milling spindles with servo controlled height adjustment, which can hold up to three tooling sets.
