Stegherr Sash Coping Center type KF-1
The sash coping center type KF-1 is a special machine for the tear free coping of the workpiece ends. With its two vertical milling spindles rotating in opposite directions the KF-1 ensures tear free coping of already profiled stock.
The working process is fully automatic on the fixed workpiece. Pneumatic workpiece clamping.
With the additional unit milling/drilling unit it is now possible to drill holes or mill locations for connection elements ( dowels, clips).
The workpieces can be cut to length with a cross cut saw which is mounted on a graduated fence.

Longside fences with milling unit:
The locations for the counterpart of the clip are made with an additional milling unit and a longside fence
In combination with the milling unit for making the holes in the profile ends, the connection of SDL bars to the
frames by means of clips is very easy.
