Sash Frame Counter Cutting Machine RKF

The machine for perfectly milling sash bars or frame bars on already assembled frames.

The workpiece is pushed against the longside fence and adjusted for milling. The corresponding lateral fence is set for the other workpiece side (top, right, left, bottom). The machine is provided also with a fence extension for curved parts, to ensure an easy and accurate alignment.

Employment: Single and small series production

 

Sash Frame Counter Cutting Machine RKF-5

The Sash Frame Counter Cutting Machine type RKF-5 will produce tear free notches and cut both workpiece ends to exact size. The RKF-5 can be provided with a variable number of notching units.

The RKF-5 can be equipped with two swivelling saw units with length adjustment for cutting the component to length at any angle.
