Machine for Milling Strike Plate Locations SBF

This special milling machine for manufacturing doors can do all millings for the mounting of striking plates.

The cutting tools are working in opposite directions to ensure a tear free milling of the contours.

All working cycles (cutting from one side, from top and drilling with a triple drilling head) are done in one clamping in c. 8 seconds.

Upon the workpiece insertion a sophisticated fence system starts the working cycle. The two fences mounted on each side of the machine recognize automatically if the right side or left side programme is required.
